In that blog I described that a French patent had been issued with the patent number 204382 date: 15-march-1890, this patent data found was only a sheet of paper with drawings without an accompanying text.
Now I found that a patent had also been applied for in Germany for this toy.
This German patent has much clearer images and complete text.
The German patent number is DE55124C date: March 23 – 1890 and issued on the Febr. 17- 1891
